Terms of Service

By accessing or using RevenuePilot ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you (or the entity you represent) and RevenuePilot.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

**Account creation:** You must provide accurate, complete registration information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials.

**Organization accounts:** An organization account is owned by the creator. Ownership can be transferred only by the current owner or by RevenuePilot support with verified authorization.

**Authorized users:** Organization admins can invite team members. Each user is responsible for their own credentials and activity.

**Single organization per business entity:** Each business entity should maintain one organization account. Multiple accounts for the same entity may be merged or suspended.

**Data ownership:** As between you and RevenuePilot, your organization owns the data you input into the Service (leads, contacts, conversations, deals, custom fields). RevenuePilot has no ownership claim over your data.

**Data processing:** You are the data controller for personal data in your organization. RevenuePilot acts as a data processor under our Data Processing Agreement (available on request).

You are responsible for all activity under your organization account. Ensure only authorized personnel have access. Revoke access promptly when team members leave.

You agree not to: - Use the Service for illegal purposes or to violate any law - Infringe intellectual property rights - Send spam, phishing, or unsolicited bulk communications - Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or data - Interfere with the Service's security or performance - Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code - Use the Service to compete with RevenuePilot or build a competing product - Scrape, crawl, or extract data at scale without permission - Upload malware, viruses, or harmful code - Impersonate any person or entity - Violate any integration provider's terms (Meta, Google, etc.)

You are responsible for: - Compliance with applicable laws (GDPR, CCPA, TCPA, CAN-SPAM, etc.) - Obtaining valid consent for marketing communications - Maintaining accurate contact/lead data - Configuring retention and deletion policies per your obligations - Training your team on proper use - Monitoring integration health and data quality

**Your data:** You retain all rights to your data. RevenuePilot does not claim ownership.

**License to us:** You grant RevenuePilot a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, process, and transmit your data solely to provide the Service.

**No mining:** We do not use your data to train our models for other customers, for advertising, or for any purpose other than providing the Service to you.

**Aggregated anonymized analytics:** We may use aggregated, anonymized usage data to improve the Service. This data cannot identify you or your organization.

The Service integrates with third-party platforms (Meta, Google, HubSpot, Slack, Stripe, etc.). Your use of integrations is subject to those providers' terms. RevenuePilot is not responsible for third-party service availability, changes, or data practices.

**OAuth tokens:** Stored encrypted. You control connection/disconnection.

Integrations are provided "as available." We make reasonable efforts to maintain compatibility but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. API changes by providers may temporarily break sync.

**AI-assisted, not AI-autonomous:** AI features (Growth Analyst, lead scoring, risk detection, summarization) provide insights and suggestions. They do not make binding decisions.

**Human review required:** High-impact actions (bulk reassignment, budget changes, data deletion) require explicit human approval before execution.

**Limitations:** AI can be wrong. It operates on your data only. It does not access external knowledge unless you provide it. Verify critical outputs.

- May produce incorrect or incomplete answers - Limited to data in your organization - Cannot predict future outcomes with certainty - Confidence scores are estimates, not guarantees - Not a substitute for professional advice (legal, financial, medical)

You are responsible for reviewing and approving any AI-suggested action before it takes effect. RevenuePilot is not liable for actions you approve based on AI output.

New organizations may be eligible for a free trial (typically 14 days). Trial terms: - Full feature access unless otherwise stated - No credit card required to start - Trial ends automatically; no auto-charge - Data retained for 30 days after trial expiry - One trial per organization

We reserve the right to modify or withdraw trial offers.

**Paid plans:** Billed monthly or annually in advance. Prices in USD (or local currency where supported). Taxes added where applicable.

**Renewal:** Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

**Upgrades/downgrades:** Take effect immediately; prorated charges/credits applied.

**Payment failure:** Service may be suspended after 7 days of failed payment. Data retained for 30 days.

Invoices issued at each billing cycle. Payment via Stripe (credit card, ACH). Disputes must be raised within 30 days of invoice date. Refunds at our discretion for unused portions.

Cancel anytime in Settings → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial periods unless required by law. Data retained per retention policy after cancellation.

RevenuePilot owns all rights to the Service (software, design, trademarks, documentation). These Terms do not grant you any IP rights except the limited license to use the Service.

**Feedback:** Any feedback you provide is voluntarily given and may be used by RevenuePilot without obligation.

Each party will protect the other's confidential information (non-public business, technical, financial data) with at least reasonable care. Exceptions: publicly known, independently developed, rightfully received from third party, or legally required disclosure.

We target 99.9% monthly uptime (excluding planned maintenance). No SLA for free trial or free tier. Scheduled maintenance notified 48 hours in advance where possible.

We may suspend access for: - Material breach of these Terms - Security threat or vulnerability - Legal requirement or court order - Non-payment (after notice) - Abuse causing harm to other customers or the Service

Suspension will be communicated with reason (unless prohibited by law).

Either party may terminate for material breach with 30 days' written notice and opportunity to cure. RevenuePilot may terminate immediately for fraud, illegal activity, or security emergency.

On termination: Access revoked; data exported on request within 30 days; then deleted per deletion policy.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE OPERATION.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REVENUEPILOT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES. TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

We may modify these Terms. Material changes: 30 days' notice via email and in-app. Continued use after effective date constitutes acceptance.
